Remarks

During my admission, I applied for multiple colleges, but luckily I got VIT Mumbai as per my preference form. I did my admission under the OBC quota and the admission procedure was seamless here. The professors here are very good counselors and they help me in my admission procedure.

Course Curriculum Overview

Robotics and electronics always fascinate me since childhood, and so I took admission in Electronics Engineering. The faculty here is very friendly and well qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders and experts in their respected domain.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Alterego, PrepIntern, Connected offers Internship here and provide a good stipend. Positions for an HR role, UI/UX designer, Software architect, and many more. The internship experience is very nice.

Placement Experience

From sem 7 students are eligible for placements. Many companies visit here like TCS, JIO, Tech Mahindra, etc. The highest package is in the range of 20 Lakhs, before a year the highest package was 36 lakhs. Around 30 % of students are placed here.

Fees and Financial Aid

I applied under the OBC quota and I got a 40 % concession in my fees. I am nit sure about any other scholarship provided here, but college helps us in the education loan process. I am a third-year student so yet to go for placements but my seniors are taking placement in amazing companies like jio, TCS, etc.

Campus Life

The library here is a wholesome place I'll say, I love to study and spend most of the time in the library. Also, we have a den where there all these games like carrom board, table tennis court, there are gaming PCs too and also the table pool.

Interview Experience

There is no GD as such for admissions, but the professor will ask you a couple of things before admission and you will have to fill all your details in the college portal so that the college will get to know about you.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

I have applied for parul university, Sanjivani university, K.K.Wagh college of Engineering nashik etc and I have got confirmation for admission from almost all of them but I also applied in CAP rounds so I have got allotted the Vidyalankar institute of technology also so I researched about every college and VIT Mumbai was best in all of them so I took the admission in Vidyalankar institute of technology, yeah also got rejected by D.J.S.C.E for not matching the cutoff or minority. Talking about the admission process I got the admission through CAP round so I have to visit the college as per I have got the batch with all of the documents mentioned on the website of CET CEll with the 2 sets of copies of it and fees accordingly to my Caste when you will complete your admission process they will told you about various scholarships schemes and give you a temporary ID card....Read More

I was admitted in Vidyalankar institute of technology, Wadala trough Mht-Cet Pcm exam. I applied for the exam throught the portal of Mht-Cet online by paying application fees. The eligibility to write the exam is that you should have Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects.
