Remarks
The admission procedure was way too simple it was just registered to generate the application number, submit the fees and the admission is then confirmed. However, scholarships are provided once the admission is the procedure according to the merit list and to get on the merit list you must score above 85% of marks.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is great and even I researched for the college and I didn't find a single negative review about the college. 80% of the teachers of NCU are Ph.D. holders. Also, the faculty is very engaging.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, Internship opportunities are provided by the university. It is having many tie-ups with the cooperative world which is helping its students getting internship opportunities. Students do get internship opportunities in big companies like Amazon, Microsoft too but that totally depends on the calibre of the students.
Placement Experience
The students become eligible for campus placement in their 7th semester, but the flaw with that which I came to know about one of my seniors is that if you got placed in that placements you are not allowed to sit in the main placements. The internship is also provided by the colleges. I got a chance to visit the campus before my admission and I was surprised with the number of companies visiting for placements. The most popular among them is Deloitte. However, not sure about the highest and the lowest package.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is a little high for the university. Currently, the fee for a semester is 1,30,000 INR, but the campus is very big and beautiful but comparable to other universities I found it a little high. Yes, the scholarship opportunities are provided by the university. Only the candidates scoring above 85% qualifies for the scholarship. Scholarships are given after the admission procedure is over a merit list is generated according to which the students are awarded the scholarship.
Campus Life
The annual fest is hosted in the month of October every year. Also, the clubs and society are very active and one thing which I loved about the college is it is completely ragging free college and the seniors are so cooperative and supportive. Also in the 14 days of admission, I received calls from the second-year students to help me. The classrooms are completely digital and also the number of students in each class is also too less. Each section is guided by two mentors. It is also having great sports facilities whether it is indoor or outdoor. Even the library is very big having all the books and journals.
