Remarks
It was a little confusing at first but smooth sailing at the end. I also applied to D.J. Sanghvi and K.J. Somaiya. The major reasons for not attending the colleges was due to the extensive fees of these colleges as weel the distance (how far these collees were). Hence I settled for a perfect college with comparatively lesser fees and an adequate and a doable sort of distance.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum till now has really been an extensive one covering a wide spectrum of topics and subjects from the basics till the most futuristic of topics like Electric Vehicles and the absolutely crucial of topics like the Energy Audit and Management. The Faculty members are also really supportive and patient with all the students.
Internships Opportunities
The college tried to provide us with intership opportunities and most of the deserving candidates fulfilling particular criteria were given internships. Various projects and project competitions were also held throughout the year for development and healthy competition.
Placement Experience
The placements in my college seem to be very extensive and well managed. The highest package offered was 18.75 Lacs and an average of around 4.5 - 5 LPA was offered throughout the college. Some of the major companies coming to the college are Cognizant, LTI, TCS, Capgemini.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for the time being looks like the most affordable and efficient one comparing to other colleges and some students have also availed various scholarships. Also, various companies have also arrived for on-campus placements, and for the time being, most of my friends seem to have been placing with great packages and well-esteemed companies.
Campus Life
A really wonderful experience when it comes to campus and social life. Very supportive seniors and the fests and committees are just a wonderful bonding experience as a junior. the technical fests are all filled with knowledge and fun and the committees just add to the learning of every student.
