I got admission on my PCM group from hsc examination. The admission I took is from management quota. I didn't have to pay them any donations. But I can't avail any type of government scholarship.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's quite competitive. The course gives you a significant view on how to build and have get structures. Civil engineering from Amravati university is very good. The detailing of the syllabus is quite good. It matches the level of IIT's. A student can learn a good amount of things from the curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
As I know of college doesn't provide any kind of internship to student's. The college provides only practical knowledge. One has to rely on other sources for internship.
Placement Experience
The placement in the college differs. The college doesn't provide with a variety of companies to choose from but is fairly effective in placements. Campus placement depends on the score of a student. Package varies from 2.5 lakh to 5 lakh. No big companies take part in campus placement.
College Events
Various types of events are organised by our college. College also promotes university level cultural and sports activities. Important festival's and days are celebrated in the college by the enthusiasm of students and lecturers. Annual cultural and sports function of college is celebrated every year in the month of February or March.
Fees and Financial Aid
Students can avail scholarship provided by government for various Categories. Even college is very helpful regarding its fees structure. Toppers of college are rewarded properly in terms of reducing there fees according to the performance of the topper.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is according to Amravati university as the college is affiliated to Amravati university. Semester pattern is followed consisting of eight semester's. Each semester is of six months. Two semester's together comprises one year. The course is of four years.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is quite experienced in teaching and handling students properly. The teaching techniques are very efficient and time saving. They have deep knowledge of the subject and are always happy to solve queries related to subject. Faculty is quite punctual and obey the rules of college.
