Remarks

The admission procedure was completely online with a separate portal for each child where they had to first update class 12th marks of best 4 subjects and then choose desired course and college as per the cut off criteria. The eligibility criteria for Bcom Hons is minimum 55% aggregate passout with commerce subjects as per the list that is prescribed by the university in its brochure. The admission process was smooth and convenient with accurate help provided by the university with the help of various webinars on problem-solving and queries related to the admission process

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course because I was interested in commerce background and also I could have multiple job opportunities after pursuing the course. The faculty provided is great with an adequate amount of teachers in all the subjects of the course. To be specific the faculty, student ratio stands to be 1:15 The faculty is highly qualified. The teaching method is great as they use practical knowledge as well using various presentation slides during the classes. The exams are held twice a year at the end of each semester. The semester exams are quite easy to pass if you pay proper attention in the class and read the books suggested by the faculty during the classes.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

The major companies were Cradfield, Unschool, Amazon, EY, Deloitte, Unacademy hiring interns on paid basis. The major roles included interns, HR, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing , Graphic Desiging , Content writers, Campus Ambassadors, etc.

Placement Experience

4

Students are eligible for placements from the 5th Semester i.e. the Third year of their course. Many companies visit the campus for placements . Almost 20-25 companies visit each year some of which are Unschool, Algoworks, EY, Deloitte, etc. Great no of offers are made to students from all the fields. The highest package offered was 8L per annum for fresher and the average pack was 4L . Above 70% of students got placed in reputed companies. My plans are either to go for masters or professional course or continue with job offered.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is moderate . The fees of Bcom hons is 12,000 . There is moderate fee hikes applicable in the university . The cost of study is too affordable and worth it . The university provides various scholarships to students of various fields. Some of the scholarships include Delhi Government Annual scholarship Programme and the Central Government Scholarship programme , The Campus has a seperate cell for placement and internships named as Training and placement cell and Commerce Training and Placement cell that give updates on various paid and unpaid internships and job opportunities on regular basis. Some recruiting companies include Unschool, Unacademy , Algoworks , Deloitte etc.

5

The annual fest of the college is named a YUVAAN that is held every year in the month of Feb- March after the even semester exam. The various societies of the college have their separate fests held and each and every society conducts their fests with full zeal and enthusiasm. The college has a big library with the availability of all the course books along with different genres of novels as well for the brighter study of children . The classrooms are hygienic and fully ventilated with the availability of wifi 24*7 in the whole campus area The college has a super big sports ground and all the facilities of sports are provided by the college along with sports day held each year in the college. Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
