I chose this college "Apiit SD India", because I wanted to opt for Computer Science whose seats had already been filled in some colleges. And in some colleges, I got Electronics based on my jee rank. Apart from this, I was already too late for admission because l was waiting for my jee counseling rounds. I took admission in this college on 26 Nov 2020, and 3 Dec 2020 was my first day at college. I got admission on a merit-based. There is an admission criterion of 50 percent above marks. Also, there are two methods of admission. One is condition-based and another one is of package 40,000. In condition-based, the fee is comparatively less with a condition of making 65 percent in each semester. There are no fixed criteria for age.

I chose this course because of my interest. There are 60 students in each branch. The faculty ratio is also good. All the faculty members are degree holders and they also have industrial experience because they had worked in industries. Their teaching methods are praiseworthy. They prepare good presentation and notes. They deliver presentation and provide us notes. Apart from this, all the lab activities are going on side by side. Each and every concept is understanded in a visual manner. Each course is of 4 years. There are two semesters in every year. Each semesters is of atleast three months and term exams are conducted after three months. The exams are not much difficult that anybody can't pass them. There are also two sessional exams before each semester exams conducted by college in order to check the preparation of students.

It is the Internshala company in which a large number of students of our college apply for internship and get selected. Apart from this there are many companies who give internship opportunities. I receive a lots of e-mails from college side for internship and also gave two telephonic interviews. Since I'm a second year student so far I had apllied only a few internship but our teachers encourage us to participate in it on regular basis. Well, I don't know about any projects so far.

The placement of our college is very good. Many companies and MNCs visit our campus. It includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Zomato, Berger, HCL, Philips and many others. These are the few companies whose name I remember. A good number of students get placed every year. I can't say about the highest and average package because l don't know about it much. I also don't know about the exact placement percentage. I want to place in an MNC after getting my degree.

For CSE department, there is fee structure of 40,000 per year. You can pay the amount semester wise like 20,000 per semester. This is only tuition fee. Apart from that, there are category wise scholarship like for General, there is Pragyati Scholarship which gives 50,000 Rupees every year and for SC caste total tuition fee is free. In spite of all of these, if anyone is not able to pay 20,000 Rupees in each semester then college arrange any part-time job for neddy students which gives 4000 stipend per month.

Life at the campus is very enjoyable. I spent less time in campus around 4-5 months till now due to Covid -19 situations. I 'm 2nd year student now. I have just completed my first year exams. So, I don't know much about annual festival and tech fest and month in which they are conducted. But I have heared many times that many cultural and sports activities are done in campus time to time from senoirs and teachers also. I have heared that debate competition, singing, dancing, painting, poetry etc are organised. Some of them are also organised in online mode. I also don't know about any social group, clubs or website .
