Remarks
I applied to Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology as it provided me with the required EXTC course.RAIT was known for its exceptional teachers and placements. I availed admission in RAIT through the OBC quota. So I paid half the fees through the OBC quota. I secured a seat in the course through MHTCET marks. The total number of seats is 240 for the EXTC branch. Students should be below 21 years to secure admission in a BTech course. There was no counselling but we needed to submit original copies of the Income certificate, caste certificate, birth certificate and mark sheet.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose EXTC branch as I was interested in electronics and also pursued electronics in high school. The student faculty ratio is 15:1. Almost all the teachers have completed their MTech and are attempting to complete their PhD. Our college has an app name Rait Lms where teachers upload their videos too so that we can cover the missed portion. In offline class, teachers teach on blackboards and also solve our doubts in class and also if we ask them personally. The timely exams were easy to pass thanks to the tremendous efforts of our teachers. There are 2 exams held prior to the final exam of each sem. Each IA is of 20 marks.
