Admission process was smooth. Hassle-free and fast. Counselling day was good. Everything was explained well. We got to know about various college activities, also department tour, sports department, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have always been amazed by Computers since childhood. So I chose computer engineering. Facultyy student ratio is great. Majority of the faculty is PhD, they will help you in whatever you need. Term exams were held at proper time, passing depends on how good you study. If you study well, passing is a cakewalk.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like TCR innovation, Sparks Foundation, Goldman Sachs come with internships for the role of SWE with stipend ranging from 1000 - 10000 rupees. Projects were of software development category and also fintech projects were there.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th Semester. Variety of companies like Capgemini, TCS, Godrej, LTI, Reliance JIO and many more. Total 185 offers were made in last year. Highest package was of 10 L.P.A. offered by LTI. Around 50% of students were placed from Computer Department, and others went for higher studies or off campus placements. My plan is to pursue higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is same almost throughout the years. Cost is very efficient compared to other colleges. Many scholarships are provided to students who are of any caste. Also financial assistance is there for students whose income is less than a certain limit. Internships and job opportunities are given to students.
Campus Life
There are many social groups like National Service Scheme which is the topmost unit in Mumbai University currently. Also there is CodeChef Club where students come together to improve coding culture in college. Also there are department level clubs which organize technical events throughout the year.
