Placement Experience
the college has a Placement Cell, under the guidance of Placement Incharge, looks after all activities related to training and placement. It provides assistance and guidance to all students in getting employment in the Industry/ Organisations. It maintains a strong database of potential clients/recruiters and maintains continuous liasioning with them assessing the trends in their requirement and making an effort to prepare the prospective Managers on these lines.
College Events
Keeping pace with the fast changing economic and political scenario across the country and abroad is a germane factor of success for any up coming manager. Hence, participation in seminars, workshops by management trainee or practicing manager is a step forward in the right direction as it not only updates his knowledge but also expands the horizon of his vision. With this end in view, it has become a continuous effort on the part of Institute management to hold a large number of seminars and workshops. The Institute has organized more than 175 seminars in 15 years on different issues and achieved excellence through paper presentation. The main attraction of these seminars has been the active participation through paper presentation by IIMT students who are encouraged and guided by the IIMT Faculty.
