Remarks
The admission process was very easy. I was selected for an interview on my CMAT score. Moreover, data analytics was a new branch in the course and therefore there were very less students. So my interview was also easy and without any problems. Also, during the pandemic, all the formalities and the interview was paperless and digital. There were 2 faculty that took the interview. I later came to know that these faculties were from HR and Operations departments. I was readily given admission to the institution.I was given a concession of 45000 on my academic fees based on my CMAT score.
Course Curriculum Overview
There were more faculties than the students.. Because there were 7 students in the Data Analytics department and 9 subjects during the first semester itself. Some of the facilities were quite experienced and had good knowledge of the subject, others were novice and had a lag in knowledge. The term exams were difficult. Although the exams were online due to COVID, we had to write the paper and upload it on the institute's website.
Internships Opportunities
Since our branch was new and only 7 students were there in our batch, the college didn't took much interest to bring the internships. Institute focused more on other branches such as HR and Finance. In a combined 'Internship Mela' we had companies such as TCS, IAF, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college was fairly overrated. The campus was small. And the fees they were charging were way more. It was a total of 8lacs to pay just for the tuition fees, leaving the hostel fee, transportation fee, and gym fee aside. They had provided me a scholarship of 45000 based on my CMAT score.
Campus Life
During the pandemic period, all the events held were online on 'zoom meetings'. We also had weekly guest lectures. The college had a digital library that had plenty of books to download. They had also provided us with Economic Times Prime membership for business news reading. In the classroom, we had a projector, tables with pre-installed power systems. The campus was air-conditioned.
Interview Experience
I had an interview that consisted of a panel of 2 faculty. One was from HR department and another one was from the operations department. Both of them had given ample amount of time for me yo answer their questions. The questions were easy. They started off with asking me some basic education background, family background, and skills. Later on, they gave me a case study that too was very easy.
