Entrance Preview

I took WBJEE entrance exam for this and I score 23000 rank in that. And I had my counselling over this and I got this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well it is fine here to take it CSE and mechanical stream here. Our faculties are very good and they are friendly to us even the are always available for us during college time and even some of the closing day. They have friendly nature with students. And students also likes them and become friendly and they asks questions and they shares their problems to teachers.

Internships Opportunities

Our college donor provide internship. For internship our college students have to move to our college university which is at 1 hour distance from here and there internship is carried on. TCS, INFOSIS, MICROSOFT, TATA CONSULTANCY any many more companies comes there for this.

Placement Experience

Well now we are at the placement so I would like to say that here placement of IT , CSE, ECE have many opportunities here for placement. many more big and many MNC companies comes for online placement but for this we have to move to our university college of techno India group at salt lake Kolkata.

Many more events are carried out here in whole year like fresher's party which is given by 2nd year students to new students as the 1year students. After that cricket tournament is carried out by 2nd year student. Then football tournament carried out by 2nd year students and many more.

Fees and Financial Aid

As on this I would not like to say anything because I don't know more about this because I haven't taken any loan/ scholarship by this college so I don't know about this.

Campus Life

Campus life is very interesting and there is no division between boys and girls students. All students are open to each other they work together they eat together study together and many more like having fun together.

Admission

I had counselling over WBJEE after qualifying it and was selected for techno India BANIPUR and I reached here then I was taken to ceo's chamber where I had a verification process and finally I had given admission form for the admission. Then I filled the form and submitted to CEO and then I got admission.

Faculty

Faculties can be assessed all over time during college time even after dispersel time. If we are having trouble and facing problems with questions and even other we move to them where they are and they gives solution to us if the are not taking other lecture classes at other classes.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
