Remarks

My college name is Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Wadala Mumbai.PCM marks are considered in MHT-CET or JEE MAIN for b.tech Biomedical engineering. Also above 40 percent in board exam. Also, admission is accepted through the institute level. College does not give admission through donation. Also, our college provides 80-90% placement opportunities. All faculty is best. They are always ready to help students. Institute allows students to pick their favourite professors. Our institute is NAAC A+ accredited. Also, various extracurricular activities are held in college to find hidden talent in students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Between every sem, there are 2 IA exams MCQ based. It is a medium difficulty level exam. I chose Biomedical engineering because I like maths and biology also I am excited about how health care instruments work. Our class is of 55 students and have 6 faculty for each subject. Every professor is a P.hd holder or master degree holder and well teaching experience. They create a friendly atmosphere so that students can ask their doubts without any hesitation.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunity is provided for students from 1st yr itself through virtual platforms like internships. Also, colleges provide various internship opportunities for their students. I have not applied for an internship program yet.

Placement Experience

In our college, lots of multinational companies come for placements. Around 80-90% of students from our department got placed every year. Also, our college guides us about placements. My plan is to go abroad for further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is different according to students scores and reservations also income based on income. Scholarships and free ships are provided to students. Also internship opportunities for students. College provides different Coursera and edx courses with certifications for free.

Campus Life

Our college annual fest is VERVE. Students explore their talents through this fest. There is a lot of enjoyment during this fest. Our institute consists of a library of many books along with study materials. Each classroom is audio-visual consist of a projector and screen along with boards. Also well lightened classroom with AC. Our college every year conduct sports and winners were awarded. There is inter and intra college sports computation. Our department student club is BMESI which is a national level association.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

I have applied for parul university, Sanjivani university, K.K.Wagh college of Engineering nashik etc and I have got confirmation for admission from almost all of them but I also applied in CAP rounds so I have got allotted the Vidyalankar institute of technology also so I researched about every college and VIT Mumbai was best in all of them so I took the admission in Vidyalankar institute of technology, yeah also got rejected by D.J.S.C.E for not matching the cutoff or minority. Talking about the admission process I got the admission through CAP round so I have to visit the college as per I have got the batch with all of the documents mentioned on the website of CET CEll with the 2 sets of copies of it and fees accordingly to my Caste when you will complete your admission process they will told you about various scholarships schemes and give you a temporary ID card....Read More

I was admitted in Vidyalankar institute of technology, Wadala trough Mht-Cet Pcm exam. I applied for the exam throught the portal of Mht-Cet online by paying application fees. The eligibility to write the exam is that you should have Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects.
