I studied in the school which comes under Gujarat Board. 4 semester exams and JEE mains were the criteria for our engineering admission so I gave those exams.

I am pursuing Bachelors of Engineering in Computers. Our course is little bit different from the Gujarat Technological University(GTU). But I personally feel that our course includes more important aspects of the field in comparison of Gujarat Technological University.

No, our college doesn't provide internships. But we have been to different local bodies like BISAG , Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) , 108 GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute as an industrial visit and they do provide internships if students are interested. College supports every students if they find internship by themselves.

In our college every year many companies come. 120 students got placed this year. Companies like Tech mahindra, L&T indirect, Inexture, IGATE, Reliance etc and selected students with average package of 2.30-3.00 lakhs. Most number of students from Computer Engineering and Information Technology branch got placed very well.

We have tech fest every year called XENESIS at our own campus. Students of all the engineering colleges of Gujarat are invited to take part in the fest and to enjoy. Videos and other informations are available on internet.

Yes, Every year the student who secures first rank in each branch get 50% scholarship of their fees. Apart from this if some valid reason is there university allows late fees.

We have NSS which is working amazingly well. In sports we have plenitude of sports like Cricket, Vollyball, Kabaddi, Handball, Football, Chess, Tabel Tennis, Athletics etc. Coming to cultural activities our university every year organises cultural festival which is fun and good experience.

Well to be frank there is no such kind of help from alumni. But yes, I do have few friends from senior year which helps us when needed. So cannot tell more about this.

After starting of the each semester first exam we have is Mid Semester which comes usually after 2 - 2.5 months of semester starting. If we fail to get 12+ marks in mid semester then we will have to appear for re-mid exam. After re-mid our final submissions will start before a week of term end date. After final submission we will have final end semester exams of 70 marks.

I secured rank around 9000 in merit list in all over Gujarat. In very first round I got admission in 2nd shift of our college and after 2 rounds of re-shuffeling I got admission in 1st shift of our college. After getting admission in 2nd shift in first round I confirmed my admission in our college by reporting at our college in mid July-2014.

Coming to the faculties, Almost all the faculties have Master's degree in Computer Engineering. Many of them are enthusiastic to help every students. Some of the faculties are not that much helpful in order to get practical knowledge. But if students are interested to get knowledge most of the faculties are ready to help.
