Remarks

Getting an enrollment in VIT is like dream come true for me. I got to know more about this college on Collegedunia itself. Then i directly went to the official website of the college and fill the details by paying an amount of Rs. 1050. I also had to give an entrance exam which is popularly known as VITBEE examination. For seat allotment I also had to pay an amount of Rs. 50K to reserve my seat at VIT.

Course Curriculum Overview

Business is what our family do so I also wanted to get involve in family business and therefore, I chose this course. Almost all the teachers are south Indian and veteran teachers of Career Launcher and Time. They are well fined in their expertise which matches the standard of VIT. The subjects are designed in a way that gives wholistic approach to individual. There are 6 semester based exams in 3 years which is quite intermediate to pass if you have a good knowledge of curriculum.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 167000 per year

Placement Experience

Capgemini, Oppo, Lenskart, Murugappa finances, MGH Logistics, Epsilon, Surety company, etc. are some of the biggest companies that come to hire most of the students. Around 60-80% of the students got placed every year. The Highest CTC stood at INR 75 lpa while the average salary package is around Rs. 25 lpa .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees hike policy of our college is very affordable as I had to give 55,000 per year. There is no as such scholarship provided by the college but students have to pay the fee by June after paying 50,000 at the time of seat allotment. Yes, the college do provides campus jobs but to the students of last year. Our college is best known for placement assistance.

Campus Life

Hackathons, techno VIT and several other Tech events are the soul of our college. Despite of these events we also have Gravitas and Riviera as our other cultural events where students get prize in numerous fields. We also have a big library named Periyar. We have a ragging free environment at the campus. We also have several other sports events organised in sports complex of our campus.

Brutally Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The placement process begins from the third year i.e. the fifth and sixth sem. But be warned the placement is pure dabba. The companies that visited are goldman sachs, pick your trail, venture lts, greenbay, taj, audible, TCS, etc. the package varies from 3.4 LPA to 12 LPA. These are just peanut money btw. The college says there's 100% placements ( joke of the century) but in reality only 70% gets placed. I plan to do MBA from a different college.

There are 3 departments in my college.Except my department other 2 department students can go for interviews for jobs and internships.My Aviation related jobs requires a degree certificate to attend interview.I can place on any airlines with the advantage of holding a aviation degree In my department, Placement rate is 99% I assure that.My plan is to get place on any role in airport to gain experience to become a Male cabin crew (Flight Attendent).

I took BBA as I personally business which lead me to take this course and it has more opportunities too.. this course will prepare you to shape your career you have to do internships and project which will help you to improve you more .. the areas of improvement are we expect outdoor classes also so that students can learn more the timing is quite okay.. it's 9 30 to 4 so it won't make you difficult

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
