TALENT POOL OF STUDENTS, QUALITY OF TEACHING, PLACEMENT, EXPOSURE TO HIGHER TECHNOLOGY. RENOWNED TECHNICAL SYMPOSIUM WHERE THE INTERACTION WITH OTHER COLLEGE STUDENTS IS HIGHER. THE BAD ASPECT INCLUDES THE OUTDATED SYLLABUS.

Course Curriculum Overview

The chance of learning both hardware and software to a greater extent. The faculty student ratio is 1:10. Both Post Graduates and PhD's are available as faculties in the ECE department. Exams were good and the pass percentage is also decent. Exams will be a bit tough to clear

Placement Experience

very good when coming to placements in MIT campus. We have to compete with the students of Main campus of Anna university also which is a problem here. I suggest you plan for an MBA after your undergraduation.

SIVARANJANI AND MITAFEST are the two cultural fests which happens during the odd and even semesters, respectively. Apart from these two, there are intra and inter department technical fests which happens in every department every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.

For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
