Remarks
It was quite easy. Before reaching the college I informed them and they sent a cab for me, then I reached the college and went through classrooms and hostels. Then one of the mechanical faculty came to me and asked me few questions about mechanical. After that, I filled the form submitted the documents and fees.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in mechanical that's why I chose mechanical and faculties are very friendly, they help us a lot to solve our query. The faculty members help us in the lab too as there is kept a lab daily after the lunch break.
Internships Opportunities
As I come under mechanical for mechanical branch we have JCB, Hero motocorp, Maruti. We have done a project of knot tying machine, hydraulic press, drones etc. Projects plays a major role in internships and placements.
Placement Experience
Placement is average and also it depends upon students' performance throughout the course. Many companies come every year and they give a minimum package of 5LPA. This year also a student got place in TCS and Nokia at a CTC of 8LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee is 75000 per annum but it depends upon too many factors as JEE 12th board marks and also on financial conditions of student. There are schemes related to the reservation system provided by govt of Haryana also available in the college. The issue is that if you get late in fee submission they will start adding up ?40 per day in your fee and also if you fail to complete 75% of attendance in any semester they will charge a fine of about 5000
Campus Life
The campus is good and has a huge playground where we play too many sports. The hostel is situated in the campus for both girls and boys. In the classroom, AC is provided and a projector for the smart class. Every year in the month of February our annual fest is held which is named "Vivirti".
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good they provide us 24 hours of electricity and water. There is a mess inside the hostel. Also, cleaning staffs come daily to clean our rooms and bathrooms. The only issue is that food of the hostel is sometimes good sometimes bad.
