My life in SVC

I applied for BBA also but got admission to B.com so I chose later. I availed CW quota which is a defense quota. The minimum percentage needed was 96.5% in the 12th. The admission process was simple as it was only documents verification.

I chose B.COM because of its prospect for my career. We had sufficient faculty as we never had any guest lecturers. Maximum faculty already have their PhDs and some were doing it at that moment. Exams were in MAY-JUNE and in DECEMBER. It was fairly easy to pass the paper.

There were many companies such as Flipkart, and many small and medium-sized companies. There were many internships in the marketing and sales field. In which students have to make their friends and family download some app or make them sign in on some websites etc.

From the 3rd year which is 5th-semester students become eligible for placement. There were many different companies visited such as byjus, mother dairy, Wingify, etc. Highlights placement was I think was of 10 LPA AND the AVERAGE package was of 4.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement was around 60%. I plan to face government job exams after my graduation.

As it was in Delhi University it was very affordable. There were no hikes in the fee. And the college also provides many scholarships to the students, but I don't much about it as I never got it myself. I don't know about the job on campus.

There was the annual fest NEXUS which was the best. There were also many society fests. Every book that was war-related to the subject was available in the library. Classrooms have smart boards and projectors. The college has cricket practice nets, a football field, and a volleyball court. All the needed interments were available in the college. There were many social clubs and groups such as art club, dance, theatre, comedy, photography, etc.
