Course Curriculum Overview
Paavai engineering college is the autonomous college so that they frequently update their curriculum based on the current technological inventions and developments. I choose agriculture engineering because I want to do agriculture in my own. Most of the faculty members in my department are ME qualified assistant professors.There are 3 internal exams per semester and one end semester exam. It is easy to pass when you study daily. They provide coaching for upsc and Tnpsc aspirants in paavai IAS academy.

My college is very good in guiding a students to do the internships and it is the indians number one college to do more number of internships.

In 2020 final year batch there are 744 students were placed in various companies in various aspects. They trains a student of final year for the campus interview from the beginning of the final year. Around 80 percentage of students got placed every. Some students got placed many reputed companies like infosys,hcl,Wipro,Tcs.etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure 85,000 INR/year college fee and If you are a hosteler you have to pay 63,000 INR for your accommodation and Food. If you are a first graduate in your family then the tuition fee 25,000 INR will be reduced from your college fee. There is no job on campus but they guide to do internships in various companies in either in online mode or offline mode.
Campus Life
paavai engineering college have a very good campus and very clean campus. There are more number of trees in a pathway it's a nice experience to roam in the campus. There was a beautiful rainwater harvesting pond it's really amazing to sit near to that in the evening time. They have a very good facilities for sports such as indoor stadium,gym, basketball court, handball court,cricket pitch,hockey field etc. They a centre of foreign language for various English exams and they have a language lab as well. They have a great placement cell which trains a student to get placed in campus interview. They have connections with various information technological companies like infosys ,Wipro etc. They have such a nice library in their campus It has an extensive collection of 42830 volumes and 10175 Titles, National Journals 135, International Journals & magazines 158 , online journal subscription 586 in Springer link (INDEST), magazines and non-book material CD & DVD 1126 for the students, and faculty members. They provide the opportunity to join in the national service scheme (NSS).

Admission into UG course through the TNEA online counseling Based on HSC result. Based on the cut off scored by the student in physics, chemistry, mathematics.
Admission
There is no group discussion or interview or written test for the admission. The admission is mostly through TNEA online counseling. To get there are two ways one is via TNEA counseling or else there are few management seats are available but the fees structure will be different from the counseling quota.
