The main factor that made me choose this college is, it has a very good infrastructure and a pleasant place to study. The staffs here are very much experienced in the subjects and the college has produced a lot of opportunities for placements
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus was updated last year and we were not provided with industrial exposure since we are in the second year of our course. The faculties are very much experienced and have a vast knowledge of the subject. The student ratio in our batch was 50:50 ratio. Every month we have tests from 1 or 2 units that help us to study without any difficulties and for the final semester exam we have to get 35 marks out of 100 to get pass.
Internships Opportunities
Our college gives internship through Internshala app. All students are doing internship. I opted for Campus Ambassador and Data entry internship.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester, students are eligible for placements without any backlogs.The placement opportunities provided here is absolutely fantastic. They provide here training session before attending an interview. Tech Mahindra, Microsoft,Google, TCS, Birla Soft, Cognizant Technology Solutions, HCL, Infosys Technologies etc are the companies that visit here. Every year 90% of the students get placed. The highest package offered is around 4lpa and the lowest is 1 lpa .
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for my course costs about 84,000 in management quota. It is worth the money for the course that I chose. There are various scholarships offered and every student is assured of a job. There are lots of training on how to ace the interview.
Campus Life
The campus life at Paavai Engineering College is one of the best to enjoy. It is fully greenery and a quiet place surrounded by mountains. Our campus infrastructure is maintained very neatly. The workers here clean the campus often. To talk about our sports facilities, Our college has won 7 times Championship Award for Inter college competition from Anna University consecutively. Students are not allowed to use Mobile phones on campus. We are allowed to use only in our break times. Our Library is very useful for us to learn more about our subject and can accommodate more than 70+ students. Equipments in the laboratories are all new. They clean every equipment after we use 3 to 4 times.

Exam Structure
The criteria to get admission in our college is through TNEA counseling mode or through Management quota. A pass with prescribed minimum eligibility marks in Maths, Physics, Chemistry.
Admission
There is no interview or test for admission. We can get admission through TNEA counselling or through Management quota. Management quota fee is around 85,000.
