Journey of MBA during the pandemic

Ranking of the college, average placement package and companies coming for recruitment. Exam was conducted in Novemeber and results declared in January 1st week. Later interview dates and WAT is scheduled on March, results were released in May

Faculty is good in Finance and Marketing, Student ratio is 1: 60. Qualitifications are faculty are Phds from Top IIMs ,IITs and some joined after doing Phd in top US universities. Term exams were around for every 3 months. It was fairly difficult to pass in case you havent listened to class and if not solved problems

I have been offered internship at a Unicorn startup during the summer placement process ,which is the official placement process.But I have due to covid, I had to find a different opportunity and later worked as Business development intern for a early age robo-journalism startup which is in its initial stages. Since it was a new company I got to work across different domains like product management, finance and marketing and was able to clearly apply my learnings from 1st year of my MBA.

Placement average package is around 24.3 lakhs per annum. Students become eligible from 2nd year. Companies which come to campus are around 120 and offers made around 500 offers with 100% placements. Highest package received is around 58 lakhs domestically and profiles offered are consulting, investment banking, product management, Analytics, Marketing and HR.

Manfest Varchasva is the annual feat and happens in Novemeber. Social life is very good and you get to network people from different backgrounds like B.Tech, CA, commerce, Arts.Sports acitivities are conducted two times ,one at the time of Annual fest and one when the Top 4 IIMs compete for Inter-IIM Sports meet

Written test was about growing advertisements about healthy diet by celebrities and their impact on food eating habits of people.Interview was mainly about telling about myself, answering questions about basic quantitave. Telling about the business of the company even if the interviewee hasn't worked in business role.
