Remarks

Management and faculty is too good. They support students in every aspects. Education quality is good. Also, I wanted to pursue BE in AI which is offered by this college. The locality of the college is good too. College is a bit strict with attendance but they understand the valid reason for leave. The sports faculty is too good. There are value added courses being taught here. I don't feel there's any bad aspect to this college except the travelling issue. The route is not well connected to all parts of Mumbai.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because it's a future and a leading field; also it was my dream to be an AI engineer. I don't have idea about faculty: student ratio but I can say that there are 75 students in my class and there are 3 divisions. Each subject has more than 3 teachers. Faculty are all post graduates with high quality techniques of delivering the knowledge. Some faculties are even doctorates. We are asked to review teachers monthly on college website. All the doubts and complaints are brought to the HOD who clears the problem in a day. Teachers are improving with every feedback. The method of teaching via board+ppt is too good. There is also an online portal of e-education of college. Term exams are held twice each semester. They are of moderate difficulty level as per the requirement of end semester exam.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement cell is good. Names companies like TCS, Infosys, etc visit the campus. Students from 6th sem to 8th sem can sit for the placement. Average package offered to an average student is around 4lac to 8lac. More than 80% students gets placed every year. After getting degree, I'll opt for masters degree instead of doing job.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is actually reasonable. As compared to other top engineering colleges in Mumbai, the fees of this college is relatively low. Since it comes under Mumbai University and is non-autonomous, scholarships are provided through government schemes which waives off some amount depending on the category of student. About campus job, there are projects been held in college itself where we can participate as an internship and get the stipend. The placement cell is good and improving day by day.

Campus Life

4.5

Library is well equipped with huge collection of books. There is also the facility of e-books. Classrooms are clean and spacious. Sports and extracurricular activities are good. This college is much famous for Cricket all over the state.

Admission

No, there wasn't any interview or written test through college. We just have to pass boards with 55%+ and score good in MHTCET or JEE main entrance test.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT.
