Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed as per the current industry requirements and is revised every year. The standard of curriculum is authentic as certified by AACSB. It discourages rote learning and encourages application of theory in case study analyses.
Internships Opportunities
Yes the college provides All the faculties are highly qualified with vibrant industry experience. May be some faculty articulates well and some not very well but they all have huge repository of knowledge which they share if you can extract that from them. They are very much accessible during office hours and help students on a personal level during company competitions and other activities as well.
Placement Experience
Like the internships,final placements also is completely provided by the college. Companies like goldman sachs, blackrock, britannia, L&T, Tata motors,idea etc. visit and recruit students in huge numbers. Salaries offered range from 10 to 25 lakhs and is continuously increasing year after year. The roles offered are at par with leading bschools of the country.
College Events
The college hosts seminars, guest lectures, sports fest, cultural fests, case study competitions, etc. Almost everyday there is some event or the other happening in the campus. The college hosts various other b schools in its annual sports fest Chakravyuh and annual cultural fest Passion.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is competitive or I should say less than other premier B-schools. The fee is paid in 6 installments, 3 in each year. The fee is Rs. 1650000 inclusive of hostel and food. Loan features provide flexibility and easiness to pay the fees.
Campus Life
The campus life is one of the strengths of IMT. Almost every day at IMT comprises of atleast one competition which give students opportunity to win certificates and cash prizes. Gender ratio is a concern for every B-school and IMT tackles it with a dedicated student run committee for the same. Also every student is involved in one committee or the other which gives administrative exposure to them.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is designed as per AACSB norms and promotes practical application of theory and continuous evaluation of a student. The end term exam only weighs for 50% of marks and rest comprises of class participation, quizzes and simulation games.
