Newbie's Exp.

As I am in Int. M.tech in AIML, I got admission directly on the basis of 12th percentage there was no counselling. But for seeeking admission in B.tech , individial have to give either common entrance test of VIT or jee main score.

I would directly tell that I have choosen int. M.tech course because of fee , for b.tech courses fee were very high. And hence my course is having benefits also as in 5yrs i will get b.tech and m.tech degree both. Here in VIT, Bhopal there is doctorare faculty. Every teacher is experienced and having doctorate degree which is unique in private uni. Now, about the exams there are two main exams held in a sem. That are 1st CET which is held after two months of classes started which means exam between half of sem. And the 2nd exam is TEE i.e. term end exam which is held when sem ends As between the exams there are many assignments , tutorials and quizes have to be done . These all depends upon the faculty when they want to take. For assignments some time period will be given else tutorials and quizes are done in the class mostly or by end of the day.

For b.tech students in campus internships starts in 3yr where students get the opportunity to grab the interships. There are many companies which offer internships in various branches or fields . In internships also there are categories which are dream internships and super dreams internships

I also have joined newly I don't know much about the placements. But there were many companies which come for placements and internships like microsoft, IBM, hcl, etc The highest package is 45 lacs/annum The min. Package is 5 to 6 lacs/annum It is having a good percentage of placements which is above 90% As such there is no plan as of now, I will be thinking it later!

As such there is no scholarship provided , but here there are categories which have differenr fee structures, everyone can get this on there sites. For financial support also I personel don't think so they will be providing, we have to take our own responsibility. To continue in further in the college we have score min. 60% and attendende of 75% which is mandatory , if you loose to get this percentages you will be out of the college.

As of now we all are doing most of the things online so I haven't experienced the campus life till now else the online classes are good enough they are providing with recorded lectures, pdfs what taught in class. As in VIT, Bhopal there are many clubs which anyone can join, once you joined the college form 4 or 5th day you will be start recieving mail of the clubs for various events.

In VIT, Bhopal there is 3 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel in which 2 of the boys hostels are yet to be started as the construction and all fue things are over it will be started and same with the girls hostel where 1 is already open and 1 is yet to start. As in boys hostel there following types of rooms provided - #single beded # double beded # 3 beded # 6 beded # 8beded Almost same for the girls hostel also And in room there will bed for each person, an individual's almirah and study table. In both the hostels warm water is available 12 months . For mess also there are various categories , that are - 1) Veg mess 2) non veg mess 3) veg and non veg mixed mess For diffenrent categories there is different fee structures For reg. Of hostels, it will be done on vtop , it is a site for students where they can do many things like they can see their class attandence and time table and many more.
