Basically jadavapur university was my dream clg, and i am happy to get the opportunity to take admission in this. That's why I choose this. No genral qouta. Min marks for appearing in wbjee is 50% and to get admission in JU u should have 60% in pcm and 30% in english. In my time counselling process was totally online
Course Curriculum Overview
Because I have intereste in Electrical, basically in JU u r independent of branch. Ur plcmnt depend how u r developing ur self in coding and maintain 7+ cgpa. U can crack all Placements Yes it has a good placement drive and most of the students are placed as there are N numbers of IT companies recruiting by the help of training and placement cell of the college. Ample amount of opportunities are provided to the students with proper training through college.
Placement Experience
Student are elegible for internship from 2nd year of his journey. On the basis of technical Or Non-tech skills he can grab an internship or if he wished then he can also take some projects from faculties of there respective department. Highest package given by Atlassian offered 72 lpa, hired a student from electrical department having coding skills
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure of my clg is very low. U can complete your btech in 11500 only including all exams charge, tuition fees etc all U can apply for state as well as national level scholarships. In state level scholarship u can apply scmcm and for minorities u can apply aikyashree offers the amount which is sufficient for 4 year of btech
Campus Life
In our jadavapur university... Basically there are two campus one is at jadavapur known as main campus and another one is in salt lake which is samller than former. If we will see tha fest... Then srijan named fest ocuured in main campus and cippus on salt lake campus. There are also some technical fest in main campus like convolution. Here anybody can develop his technical skills
Hostel Facilities
If we talk about Facilities then one of the biggest faculty is that it's fee structure is very low and what a student neend if he belongs to a pooer background. There are a lots of opportunity for the development of technical skills, personality development etc. Hostel cost is also very cost effective. Meal is given by mess. They charged about 1500 per month for two times meal in a day.
