Dream College: After the completion of my Diploma, my only aim were to do BTech in Plastic & Polymer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad (MIT) is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra, situated at a very decent & noise free Environmental place. As I have done diploma, my admission was through DSE CAP round through government websites. Eligibility criteria should be that you should have first class a diploma or 10+2 with an Entrance exam for B.tech admission. My admission was through the Open category. Usually in stay in Mumbai and my college was in Aurangabad so before my admission I have visited the college and asked all my doubts regarding the college academics to my respected faculty, they were really so good & gave me all round knowledge & information of curriculum & treated me as their child.

Plastic & Polymer Engg is one of the most emerging & trending fields in this recent times. From my childhood, I was keen to know the processing of plastic, moulding & replacing metals with plastic parts in automobiles & many fields. soo I took admission to Plastic & Polymer Engg Department which is a four years course & you get direct DSY if you have a diploma. The curriculum is the best set according to every year giving detailed information about plastic & polymer in every passing year. The faculty there is Highly qualified with many PhD holder teachers from IIT & ICT. Each semester we have three CT (class tests) and final sem exams at the end of the semester. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate. Class Size : 60-70, Course Fees : INR 96000.

Internship Opportunities: Students do have an option to select the company as per the area of interest. There are many different types of companies coming with a different types of job roles & opportunities, one can avail of that opportunity by applying for that company & passing the criteria set by the company. Stipends basically range from 6k-15k per month. Project: project plays a vital role for students to be selected in the company. your overall engg experience is seen in your project topic & efforts & how well you explain your project. Great project means higher chances of getting selected.

The placement drive starts from 3rd year itself, many IT based company like wipro, TATA, TCS start to take students for placement at early stages. Many core companys are introduced in the final year of engg, this company even allow us to do last sem Inplant training & even offer job after our graduation with quiet a well package starting from 2.6L-6L per annum. To fit in the good placement criteria one should have overall cgpa of 7 or above. No student is left behind without placement, all are placed in quiet good company.

Fees Structure : The annual fees is around INR 96000 for open category & the fees varies if you are in minority or in caste (sc,obc,etc.) Scholarship : There are many different types of scholarship available in the campus for all kind of students.

Campus Life : Many mega events are been organized on national level on academics as well as cultural events too. Many festivals are even too celebrated with full enthusiasm & many patriotic events are aslo been celebrated. You can play many games in the campus like basketball carrom, use the computer facility & even classroom are also well equipped with the projector facility & advanced software in the department. We have a big central library were you can avail the book for quiet few days. The faculty gives many opportunities to students to come forward any get engaged in all kind of activities & give full back hand suppoprt for evertyhing.

Hostel Facilities : Hostels are a very good options for students coming from far to study in MIT. College has its own hostel facility which are quiet good & hostels are clean. Hostel facility comes with 2/3/4/8 beds with 24*7 security. Mess is also good according to quality & quantity, students gets 3 meals a day. Taking admission in hostel is very simple. we get a very big playing ground in hostel & even big sports events & festival are celebrated too.
