Admission process was smooth. You have to appear for a written exam that is conducted by patna University, then those selected needs to appear for an interview and then the selected need to appear for counselling. I used no quota for admission. Quato like Ews,sc,sc,obc etc are available. Earlier it was like olny bio stream students can apply for environmental science but from 2020 session even math stream students can also apply for this course. I'm from math stream too. Earlier it was year wise course but from 2020 session , semester has been introduced. There is no age criteria. You can be from bio or maths. You must score 55% marks in intermediate. And you must go through a written exam, interview and counseling.

I was interested in environmental science since my childhood, and there is a great scope for job in this course because the number of candidates is not really great in this field. Fewer people more job opportunities. Even after completing an undergraduate, you can go for jobs like a forest service or solid waste management. Faculties are great. Teachers are knowledgeable, experienced, and humble.. They are so supportive. They will help you whenever you need help. Remember some teachers are not so good and supportive, but overall most teachers are humble and supportive. Their teaching methods are good. We do field work frequently. Exams are conducted on time. There are two mid-term exams for every paper in one semester. And then ther is the semester exam. Midterm exams are not so hard. You can pass it easly if you are attentive in class. And for semester exams you need to study hard to score good marks. But because of covid 19 there is a delay in exams.

Can't say much about intership by the college. You can get it by the fifth semester. It can be paid or unpaid. It depends. But you can do internship from an outside sources. Internship availability from my college is not good.

For my course, I have to pay 11200rs for every semester. This does not include another fee like examination fees, registration fees, etc. The examination fee was around 1400rs and the registration fee is around 250rs. It's not so expensive. It's an affordable college. I don't think my college provides any scholarships. You can avail scholarships from the state government. There is no on-campus job yet. You 'MAY' get it from the 5th semester as other say. I can't assure you about that.

Patna Science College has its own library. There is lot of useful book. You can get every book related to the course offered by Patna Science College. If you want more, then you can go to Patna University common library, beside patna Science College. It is huge really huge. And have a great number of books and journals. Fun fact- environmental science branch have their own library, not so big but can fulfill your need. Patna science College does have smart class but won't get Air-conditioned classroom. Sport facility is average. We do have a big sports ground and a gym and common rooms. But uses is less. Not so frequent. Don't know about any social group yet. Because of covid, most of the things isn't happening. Overall campus life is average. We have a lot of greenery inside our campus that makes our college beautiful.
