Admission is done through counseling on hstes website. There are many rounds of counselling including physical and spot round too. The process is very smooth but takes time. Cutoffs can vary for cutoff please check hstes website.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is updated infrequent years. Faculty are highly qualified with minimum qualification of m.tech and most of the teachers are phd qualified. They are helpful and clear your doubts thoroughly. There are mid sem and end sem examinations.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are also provided by universities to give students exposure to industrial training. Although not every student gets the internship you have to find one through other means such as off-campus. Just work on your skills.
Placement Experience
Around every one of CSE department gets placed although TCS is a major recruiter and most numbers of students get placed in TCS only. But placements are improving every year. If you work hard you will surely get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The best thing about this university is fees is very low compared to other colleges since it is a state government-funded university. The fee is approx 50000 per year and the same for a hostel. Also, there are many scholarships for toppers and financially weak students.
Campus Life
Another pro of this university is campus life is great. DCRUST has a lush green campus. The annual fest is RYTHM which is great. The library is well equipped with many books of different genres. All major sports facilities are provided to students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel of DCRUST is really spacious. DCRUST has 4 boys hostels and 2 girls hostels. Students are provided with washing machines in the hostel. Also, mess food is good. The Mess menu is also decided by the students' community.
