Remarks

1. I had not applied for any college at the time of admission as I was very much sure to get this college. 2. Yes, I have availed obc quota at the time of admission. 3. The only eligibility to get admission in the college is to secure a good rank in jee advanced. 4. As my experience was quite good as the counselling was in online mode through jossa.

Course Curriculum Overview

1. As from my childhood I am very much fascinated by machines so I decided to pursue the degree. 2. The faculty is to student ratio is about 1:14 which is quite good as per my knowledge. 3. The faculties are very much qualified some of them even pursue their doctorates from foreign universities. 4. The college curriculum is bided in semester form twice a year and the toughness level in exams are of moderate level.

Internships Opportunities

1. Microsoft, goggle, adobe and many more in the row provide internship opportunities to the students and so on. 2. There are several projects going on the campus every day and around seven hundred offers made annually.

Placement Experience

1. Students can be eligible for placements from the third year onwards and any student from any branch can apply for any company internship. 2. ALL multinational companies all across the globe come to the college campus for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

1. No not at all their is no such criteria regarding any such issue. As the college is fully government supported so there is no such hesitation regarding it and the cost to study is around 600000 a year. 2. There are few scholarships provided to mediators students and yes there are huge chances of opportunities.

Campus Life

1. There are several fests organised throughout the year in January, May, September, November and December. 2. There is a big library on our campus where you can find all the study materials. 3. Classrooms are well equipped and contain great machines and required things.

Hostel Facilities

1. Hostel facilities are quite satisfactory, students get single accommodation from the second year onwards till the time they leave the college. 2. Meals served in canteens are good as according to me rest depends upon the taste of your tongue.

from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement there are lot of companies who used to visit our campus like microsoft gives 15 to 20 offer, amazon guves 13 to 15 offer , accenture gives a lot of offer like 30 offer and many more in recent year placement 64 lpa is highest and average of 12.5 lpa they use to offer forSDE role in last year 93.14percentage of total student get placed my plan is to get a full time job as software developer

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

1.The main thing about our campus, campus placements are so good. Branches like CSE & ECE have high placement percentage about 90. 2.From 3rd year students got involved college internships and programmes that allow them to better placements. 3.Top companies like Google,Microsoft,Amazon,Intel,Samsung etc visited our campus. And the highest package of our campus is about 60LPA offered by Amazon. 4.I planned to work after completing my B.Tech.

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
