Remarks

I applied solely for Delhi University only because it was my dream to study at Delhi University. And I chose Kirori Mal College because it was one of the best colleges of Delhi University that I have heard from the seniors. Yes, I availed SC quota for the admission I got some relaxation in marksSelection procedure was wholely based on the marks that I secured in my boards and for pursuing Mathematics Hons it was mandatory to get at least 95 marks in mathematics.

I won't appear for UPSC and in addition, I have chosen Mathematics. And I am interested in mathematics since childhood. Now I have realized that Higher mathematics is different from that but still I find it quite interesting to solve the questions. The faculty-student ratio in our college is 1:50 there are two sections which are based on the roll numbers of the students. All the teachers are highly experienced and highly qualified. And their teaching method is very good. Each and every student of our class understand the topic quite well and if we face any problem we ask our doubt in class or go to the teacher after the class the teachers are very co-operative.

Internships Opportunities

There are many internships run by college societies, tm and they are very helpful in their placement, projects are good maths, physics chemistry in many subjects so that students have help in their career plans.

Placement Experience

Placement till I had discussed that, in maths honors, there are placements like related to maths, books, coding like this, but other courses have some more placement, and the previous record also matters in placement they take interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is 13625 for maths honors and the placement is good for finance students or like BCom, but maths has also opportunities like solutions of books, till now no scholarship I had applied.

Campus Life

Life is good on campus as, many societies are there in every field, singing dancing, or business career. Ritwakmc is a group run by students for social work and NSS college society also for social work.

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

MY COLLEGE LIFE

Main exam was CUET. We should crack it with high marks... More than 98 percentile to get into the prestigious north campus of Delhi University. My college KMC comes under north campus and I'm really happy. I chose this college because it is one of the best for my course. It ranked 3rd in whole india for political science. I wanted it admission process is easy. After cuet results are published u have to fill csas portal. And you can see your rank and college allotted in the first round. The. Document verification. Afte that you will get gmail from the college and university. Cut off is almost 99 percentile in north campus. It's really difficult to get in. For humanities and commerce students choose DU.
