Good faculty gives best college

It was easy to take admission, as I made a mistake in filling the merits list form so I got admitted to the college of Nagpur. When I told the hod of the admission process, sir gave me the form and ask me to pay fees of one year together and within 4 days I got enrolled and my lecture got started.

As I have an interest in coding I choose computer engineering. Faculty members are so helpful and friendly, even at 9 pm they replied to my query on WhatsApp. Many professors are PhD in their corresponding subjects and many of them are currently pursuing PhD in their subjects. Even in the covid period, the exam was intermediate to pass. Also, all the exams are on time

Internships here are mostly unpaid but allow you to learn a lot. BMW came for internships purposes and many students of 4th year mechanical branch got the internship but they were unpaid. Also, colleges have many internships program courses that are absolutely free for college students and faculty members and very affordable for outsiders.

Students are eligible from starting off their 4th year for placement. Last year Cap Gemini was the mass recruiter and this year it was Goldman Sachs. Many companies like BMW had come for education purposes. The highest package was given to a student this year by Goldman Sachs itself it was 20 lakh per annum. Two students got a chance to visit IBM head office in silicon valley as a reward for research purposes in Quantum computing. The students have an average of 6 pointers or more than it is allowed to attend interviews. My plan is to open our own business of software development.

The fees are a little bit higher than expected. Many MNC came to our college as and campus company and recruits the students at higher packages. Many scholarships like EBC in which you have to pay the fees of half year only for all four years.

The main event of our college is called OJUS held in between April and May. In this event, many competitive outdoor games and indoor games are played by forming the team based on branch/departments. Games like tennis cricket, leather ball cricket, kabaddi, badminton, football, carrom, chess, table tennis are played. They also have a college team for intercollege tournaments for all the games mentioned above. The library in college is bigger than the classroom which has tons of books on subjects of engineering as well as literature. Their no time limits for renting the books, but after some time to have to renew them. Also, there is a website named apsit moodle in which all the notes of engineering subjects are available for free . Classes are big enough to hold 100 students at once. It also has an e-board in it. Their many social media page on many social media platforms of our college, also there is the page of our main event ojus on YouTube. Also, there are many funny videos made by students pages.
