I applied for iit Dhanbad after doing my intermediate exam My admission through the OBC quota The admission criteria are you need to qualify to jee mains and qualified jee advance exam and get good percentage in 12 exam board

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose b.tech in mining engineering because I am interested in the mining field my dad is also a mining engineer and current jobs in the government authority of India in the coal mine The facilities are good and the ratio is small in size only 60 students in the mining branch All the facilities are highly qualified and dedicated in our jobs and also get a different award in the research field.

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

CIL VEDENTA ADANI BIRLA is some companies come to my college and gives opportunity and projects for current year student after complete this project companies gives certificate and with some stipend money.

Placement Experience

Last semester students become eligible for campus placement Most MNP companies come to my college but in my mining fields engineering, CIL is the most important company are comes to my university. Almost all the students get placements through the university. My plan after getting degrees to mtech in IITs institutions

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is too high because it is the best and top institute in India and almost all the tip companies and industries manager are come to my institute and offer a lot of jobs and offers. Stipends are provided only for reservation category students

Campus Life

The annual fest and tech fest are organised in this institution through the college students and clubs are some are college organizations. Every month and weeks are organised collage fest. The availability of books and library are available you can borrow books from the library Many clubs are held in this college some are tech somes are literacy etc. Sports activities are organised in this collage but I didn't percipated any sport activities

Hostel Facilities

Hotel facilities are provided in this college rooms are comfortable with the air conditioner but it depends on your luck because some rooms are available of ac. Non-veg and veg meals are cooked every day but you take non-veg every day you take some extra charges from the mess authority. Pg are available in this locality

Hostel Fee: INR 18000 per year

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

Placement Experience:

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
