Admission criteria of S.B.Patil College of Engineering is based on MHT-CET or JEE exam scores.If any student has a certain score that is high then cut off of this college then this student got the opportunity to take admission here. The admission process is totally online.If anyone has gap in their education then there are no issues.You are also applicable for admission.

First thing is that I took admission to this college because of the faculty members of the college and the placement ratio of the college. faculty members are very interactive and honest. They provide equal opportunity to each and every student who learns in their college. They give attention to each student. The college environment is friendly. So I like this college.

Students are having chance to got placed through on campus and off campus also.In on campus students which got placements, they are having average package of 4 lpa.Every year there are lots of students get placed in lots of companies . percentage of students getting placed is 40. My plan after degree is to place in top MNC.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for open category students is more than other student. Open category students pay more than others as per college norms. The fee for open category students is 43000/yr and fees for other category students is 6000/yr. Fees for TFWS students is 6450/yr. Moving towards the college placements then there are more placements for cse students .

Campus Life

Campus environment is really friendly and attractive.In our college there are more festivals which are arranged by our students. Annual fest arrange on every year and it's a very great opportunity to everyone to showcase their dancing,singing skills.There is also tech fest and more students participated in this event.There are 10 thousand books are available in our library.Classrooms are very comfortable.Lots of extracurricular activities happen in college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel has very great facilities. The hostel fee is 12000 per year. And there is also Panjabrao Deshmukh scholarship for open category girls. The hostel provides a Solar facility. In-room there is a fan, table, chairs, beds, cupboards. The meal quality of our mess is also good. Registration process for a hostel is totally online. seats for a hostel is 200.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

There is the MHTCET entrance exam. After passing this you have to apply for a cap round. Cutoff changes every year as per no. of students or percentile. In the cap round process you have to fill college list.
