Remarks
I applied for NSHM Durgapur, BC Roy Durgapur and I was not able to attend those colleges due to inappropriate JEE marks. Yes, quota admission is available for details you can contact the management. Admission criteria are through counseling of JEE and minimum board percentage is 70% and age I don't know. I didn't go through counseling.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as it includes technology and new technology excites me. The ratio is pretty good we have seperate teachers for every subject theory and practical. The qualifications of the faculties are on the website of the college. The term exams are at the exact time as it is guided for MAKAUT. It's fairly easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
A Flipkart internship was offered with a stipend of 15k. But it was too less for the amount of job intensity it was required so it didn't take it. But internships are offered sometimes. You can take it if you want.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, it is eligible. Last term 120 companies visited. I am in 5th semester so I have no offers as of now. This year highest package is 18lpa average is 4lpa. Almost 75-80% students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
It costs 420000 for the whole course of btech for four years. There is no such fees hike as I know of as this fees structure is very old. You will get every scholarship you have got from the government in the college.
Campus Life
Sports are not held that much the college mainly focuses on studies. There are many cultural and technology clubs and groups where you can join and take part. There is an innovation group which is run by the students.
