There was an admission committee for professional courses (ACPC) which is allocated seats in a government college and non-Government college. In Gujarat, There was a common entrance test which is called a Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). And after the GUJCET examination seat allocation process is to be held at ACPC. ACPC allocate seat through GUJCET score for government institute college. In a seat allocation process, the number of total seats divides into a respected category as per the latest government guidelines.

In LDCE, many engineering branches have there and each branch has 90-150 students allocated. Each branch has 2 divisions, each division has 3 batches and every batch has 25 students and 1 faculty that's why it's simple to conduct lab and faculty also give attention to every student. Faculty helps in internship and also give guidelines regarding internships.

Here, Internship opportunities are so many. So, Multiple companies which are located in Ahmedabad are taking students from our college. And here start-ups are also there which is supported by college and faculty. So, In internship and job opportunity is very good.

At the starting of semester 7, Many companies are visiting and recruiting fresher candidates. TCS, Accenture, Wipro, and many companies come to this college and they make a large number of numbers offer for students. The median package is 5.5 LPA. The Highest package is 6.5 LPA. Accenture gives us 4.5 LPA. Approx 75% of students of the class got placed in a good and well-reputed company. So according to me, This college is good for placements and I'll also sit in placement in the final year of my program.

Because LDCE is a government college there is a very little fee for every student. The Programme fee is only 1500/yr. And other fees like exam form and any other fees are also less. LDCE is an affordable and top college in Gujarat. Many scholarships like MYSY, Digital Gujarat are approved from here. MYSY scholarship is for all students. Digital Gujarat scholarship is for category OBC, ST, SC.

LDCE has a very big campus. Every department has its own building and its own lab. Here very big ground for playing Garba, cricket, football. Library and reading rooms are also available. Civil loans for civil engineering students are also a nice to place in college. Here is a very big area for boys hostels and mess. A canteen is also available for students and faculty. Here ACPC building and annex building (for 1st-year students) are also available.

In LDCE. For hostels, there is a separate 1 gate and this gate is open 24—7 days. Here are many blocks for boys hostels and 1 block for girls hostels (Block-G). Each block has 3-floor buildings and water coolers available on each floor for drinking healthy water. 1 room has 3 students allocated. And each has its own cupboard available. There is also available mess food(paying).
