The admission process is totally handle by ACPC . to get the admission in our college you must have a good score in GUJCET as well as Gujarat board exam. I choose LDCE because it is the top engineering college in Gujarat and placement are good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculties in our department is highly educated from top universities. Mechanical department have many facultys compare to other department in our college. Duration of this Mechanical engineering course is 4 year. Every after 6 months final tearm exam which is called GTU exam or university exam . level of this final term exam is modrate. Our college is government college so most of students learn self study or get helps from online platform.
Internships Opportunities
Students in our department get Internship through on-campus / off-campus. Some internships are paid and some are unpaid . Reliance visit every year for providing internship opportunity . but hardly 2-3 students out of 150 crack the assesment test and interview. They also provide some decent stipend.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester campus placements are starts. Companies are visited in campus is wipro , Tata, reliance , gnfc , tcs , Mg motors etc. 65-70 % students got placed in our department every year. Highest salary package is offer by 9 LPA. My plans after getting the degree is get the admission in Top IIT/NIT for masters.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees per year is approximately 3000 rs with including college fees and other fees. Many scholarship schems are in our college but every scholarship has their own eligibility criteria. Most of students are apply for a digital gujarat scholarship.
Campus Life
Infrastructure of college is not much good . Every year many extra curricular activities are organsied in college campus. our annual fest is lakhshya which is organsed by Robocon club . Many clubs are available in college campus like Robocon , coder club , prakalpa etc. Every year lakshya fest conducted in February month.
Hostel Facilities
Yes , LDCE provides the hostel facility but hostel room , lobby , ground , washrooms are not clean. In UG hostel every single room are allocated for 3 students. But PG hostel are so cool and clean ,its like a 2-3 star hotel. Registration process and merit of hostel are decided by the hostel authorities. In campus 4 mash available , quality of food is good.
