An Exciting College(AEC)

Admission in this college is done by counselling through WBJEEB. I did not give wbjee exam but i gave jee main and did counselling through WBJEE to secure a seat in the college i desired. WBJEE gives you the date of the counselling and according to that you have to fill the counselling form. When you are done with the counselling form a date is given when you have to fill the the choices of the colleges you want to take admission in. Then after a a few days(full schedule is provided by wbjeeb on their official website) result of the filled choices is given out. I got CSE in AEC in the very first round. Then i just went and paid the see acceptance and admission fee to complete my admission. Sometimes when your name is not showed you can wait for the next round and upto mop up round you can get a college.

It is said by my senior that the faculty member of the CSE department are the best and I can totally understand why they said it. Their teaching technique is eloquent and I someone who does not know much about programming is facing a little issues in the beginning but I can see them standing for me and that is providing me a bit of confidence. And I am giving my level best but that is also possible becuse they are showing interest in me in a class of 180 students and that is not because I am different but it is because I am approaching them and discssing my problems. Exams in the college are semester wise but I have just taken admission so do not really have enough idea about the level. I hadd talked with my senoirs and they had said that the exams are of moderate level and there is nothing to worry you just have to listen to the intsructions of the faculties and the rest is easy.

Fees of the college as compared to the other private colleges and the kind of faculties and placement the college provide is not an issue at all. Total fee of the college is 420000 i.e. 50000 per semester. Various schoalrships are given to the students and for reserved class there are scholarships which give a large sum of money and reduces a lot of monetory burden from the family. Almost half of the college fee can be paid by the scholarships that are given. Name if some of the scholarships are:NSP and SVMCM

Life at the campus is enjoyable and comforting. Campus of the college is quite good. There is a pretty big playground and the college ahss alost every kind of sport to play. It also has a big library with books ranging from genre of studies to entertainment. Workshops are regular at the college. There are annual fest and tech fest which are conducted by the students and sometimes the college takes us to other colleges for tech fests so that we can learn from them and implement that here at our own college.
