The course is sponsored by the Indian Navy. Any graduate student with science background can join the program. IIT Delhi has given many successful startups for their PGD program. Teaching experience of this program is quite noteworthy. It increases students knowledge about the sea security in India.
Course Curriculum Overview
The entire curriculum takes the duration of 18 months to be completed. Some factors that are expressed in this curriculum, represent the views of India's water security. It includes development of learning materials about the sea security of the India. Marine engineering students get special benefit from the course.
Placement Experience
During the first phase placement of IIT Delhi, the graduates are placed in reputed companies like - Microsoft, Intel, Goldman Sachs etc. A few more companies also participate and fulfil the year's benchmark with 100% placement.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The institute offers MCM scholarships for undergraduate students with 25% tuition fee waiver. Postgraduate students can also get Rs 1000 per month whose family income (gross) is upto Rs 4.5 lacs per annum.
Campus Life
Infrastructures of the institution includes big library with huge database of books. Cafeteria, near the academic building serves well quality food. There are hostels for both boys and girls. Research lab, amphitheatre, athletic track, basket ball court, cricket ground etc are included among sports facilities.
