Remarks
It was pretty good, I didn't avail any quota for admission, the rank secured by me in my entrance test from Karnataka board was enough to pass the eligibility criteria, I chose mechatronics, there wasn't much demand for the course and hence the cut-off was not small so I was picked in ease.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as I wanted to have knowledge of both electrical and mechanics, well there are a good amount of faculty members but a lot of them lack experience, all of them have a masters degree as a minimum qualification, some of them do have Ph.D. Some of them thaught us really well, some didn't as they lacked experience and knowledge.
Placement Experience
From the seventh semester, we will be eligible for campus selection, the highest package was offered by lti, the offer was for eight lakh Indian rupees, only about 20 percent of students get placed, my plan is to higher studies after completion of my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is really high definitely not worth the course. No scholarships are given, and fees can be paid through EMI, I haven't got any job yet, currently, I am in the final year, there will be a hike in fees in the final year you need to give 10000 more compared to 2nd and 3rd year.
Campus Life
Every year the college offers a fest called acharya habba, definitely not that great again, the library is a good place on this campus, there is a social group called acharya kaada vedike, which is run by students, sports not that good, amenities in the classroom-not for every room.
