Strict faculty, good college

The admission process was the same as the other colleges i.e merits list system, but I didn't get admission on the basis of the merit list. I got admission in the institutional round in which we have to go to college and the remaining seats were offered to students. But you have to play half year fees on the same day in form of DD. At the institutional level, there are no marks criteria, mark criteria are valid only till the cap round. The admission process was easy they provide you with the college form and once you fill the form and pay the fees the admission was fixed. There was no counselling day but after admission, there was a meeting for parents and students with faculty members.

I had got two options of IT and EXTC engg, and do not have interest in IT so I choose the EXTC. There are allots for faculty members. Approximately there was 25 headteachers in each branch and 30 assistant teachers in each branch. Most of the teachers had master's degrees in their subjects and none of them was PhD or taken further education. Teaching methods were kind of strict and teachers were dressed appropriately. All the exams including the unit tests all were moderate to pass and take in appropriate timing.

From the start of 4th-year students are allowed for campus placement. Many companies like TCS L&T, JP MORGAN come to college for placements. For many years L&T are the mass recruiter with avg package of 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. The highest package was 13 lakh per annum to a student from the computer department. More than 40 percent of students are placed on college campuses.

All the fees were worth being paid as a fee. All the machines and technical equipment were good in condition and also in their working conditions. They provide the EBC scholarship in which half year fees was given by the government for all four of you. This scholarship was given by the government, but from the college side, there was no Scholarship.

The main event of called iris in which their intercollege and intracollege competitive program such as dancing, singing etc. Also, there was a sports event under the annual fest which includes sports like cricket, football, badminton, basketball etc. There was an annual tech fest mosaic in the project from which all the departments were allowed to participate and enjoy the technology. The college had their team for indoor and outdoor sports and they also compete with other college's teams. All the classes room have an e- board with a projector and also there was a blackboard. The classroom was enough bigger to fit 100 students comfortably. The library was very big with a lot and a lot of books, the library was 3/4 of the football field. NSS, NCC and many other social groups were there in college.
