Internship Opportunities

DU releases cutoffs according to that we can get admission in various DU colleges. For admission in Bsc(Hons.) Electronics, we need to consider marks for best 3 subjects. I got 96% in my best 3 subjects. I got admission in the 2nd cutoff and I am from the general category. I have heard that this college is best for Bsc that's why I fixed my sit in Venkateswara college and doesn't go for other colleges. The minimum cutoff I remembered is around 88%. On Counselling day they just saw some 10th, 12th mark sheets, and other documents.

I choose Bsc(Hons.) Electronics because I didn't get admission in BSc(Hons) Computer Science. Since in BSc(Hons) Computer Science best 4 subject marks is considered and in best 4 subjects I got 86% that's why I choose Bsc(Hons.) Electronics. Faculties are excellent in this college, they teach well and also very helpful. But this course is not good for placements, If you want placement then this course is not for you. Exams are quite easy except for some subjects.

None of the students from our batch got internships from campus. Some companies visited our college which provide jobs related to content writing or marketing-related jobs which are irrelevant for our course.

No one in our batch got placement from campus. Companies visited our college but they don't provide jobs related to our course. Although the highest package in our college is 18LPA and average is around 7LPA-8LPA. Most of the students from my batch go for higher studies or either prepare for govt. jobs. Some students got admission in MCA, MBA, MSc. I chose MCA.

Fees are quite low. It is around10K-12K per semester and It is a 3 years course. I don't remember if there is any scholarship facility. The campus provides placements facility some companies came to our college. But they don't provide job-related to Bsc(Hons.) Electronics course. And none of the students from our batch got on campus offers.

There is an annual fests in our college and also there are departmental fests. Each department organizes its own fest. I remember Kailash Kher came to the annual fest. There are lots of societies in our college in which you got different opportunities. Almost all the books related to the course you can take from the library. And the campus has a good infrastructure.
