Remarks

I applied to CSAIST for the same course but due to lack of faculty and not having proper lab then I decided to take admission to BU. Minimum marks should be 50 + in maths and the overall score should be 50%+. First Submit the copy of the documents then verify the documents. After some days you got the approval by call and asked for fees submission and tell the procedure of fee submission.

I chose BCA (Hons) because I am looking my future in coding and programming. When your batch starts your batch will be shuffled in two batches so faculty: student will match. Not every faculty member is up to the mark but some are excellent some are having a Ph.D. Labs are great with different types of OS so you can have all knowledge about different environments. Exams are scheduled there are a total of 8 exams in a year 2-semester exam and 6 sessional exams. Sessional exams level are quite easy if you pay attention in class otherwise they are difficult. And semester exams are hard to pass.

Class Size: 112Course Fees: INR 48500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

48500 fee for a year. If you're having sc/st quota then the fee will be reduced to 500rs year. You can submit the fee in two parts 24500 and 24000. There is a scholarship from the UP government side for all students except for those whose parents are in govt jobs or have an annual income of more than 200000.

Campus Life

Not yet they didn't conduct any fest. Books are available in the central library with your library card you can issue them. Classrooms are ok, not bad, not good. No extra activity, No club yet, It's due to corona.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

The honest review of Banshidhar Mahavidyalaya

So I applied for CUET and thought for the best colleges outside this city but unfortunately I didn't get any college via CUET so I had only a few options left to choose from in this city as other colleges were already closed for admission. So I had DVC in mind as my first priority but unfortunately it didn't have this course so dropped that and then ghanaram because my friend was there but It was really far away so eventually I came to this decision to apply in this college banshidhar Mahavidyalaya affiliated to BU Jhansi it was very close to my house and also pretty decent it seemed to me at first. As you know I didn't have many options so I won't say this was my dream college but yes this college is good too so I chose this. My score was pretty low for the course B.el.ed and the college options for this course are also very scarce so the merit went High and that's why I'm here now. There is no such great process or eligibility to apply in banshidhar you can simply apply just have decent marks in class 12th and there are no entrance exams for the same not cut off and all.
