Remarks

I applied on the official website of ycce for admission after my CET exam. Then after a few formalities, there were rounds according to cet score for branch selection. So this was a management seat so you will have to pay full fees there will be no reservation benefits. Else you can go by CAP rounds provided by CET with your score, there you will get reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

In the Mechanical branch, senior faculty is best in teaching, they have so much knowledge and experience. Any concept they teach you can never forget and is very easy to understand. Their guidance is also exceptional, helping in hackathons and projects. But most of the senior faculty is retiring and the current faculty have some good teachers only.

Internships Opportunities

3

Currently, there is a compulsory internship in the last semester. There will be no exam, students just have to gain experience from industries. Faculty and college will help you get an internship. Also if you get placed the company only will mostly provide you with an internship.

Placement Experience

3

The campus mostly has IT companies and the Civil departments sometimes don't get to participate because it companies don't prefer the civil departments. You can get easily into any IT company if you know coding a little bit and have good aptitude and English skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am from the 2017-18 batch so at that time my fees was 1.2 L with semester fees 2.5k. Current must be more than that. You can get installment is you write a letter to principal and request them that financial condition is not so good. Then they will provide you installment option. In Campus 95% companies are IT based. Core companies are very less. But you can easily get TCS vy learning coding and there you may get some core related projects.

Campus Life

3.5

Well, there are sports clubs and a few events but due to covid everything is just shut. After college reopens you will get to enjoy a lot of events and participating or volunteering is very important. You and your group can also start something new and be creative and bring new things.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
