Admission criteria are you should have done your intermediate with Physics, Chemistry and Maths. students having Maths and bio both backgrounds are also welcomed. For the general category first cutoff was 95 percent. This is calculated just by including marks of PCM. The staff was helpful . They made sure whether we were comfortable or not. overall the experience of admission was cool.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of my keen interest in chemistry. The faculty is quite helpful. Love the way first year professors teach. They are friendly, helpful and so loving. In our batch, 100 students were there . The faculty is highly qualified. They have written many research papers and all have completed their PhD. Many have won great awards and are really down to earth people. There are in total 9 professors for this course plus great lab staff . The lab staff is very helpful. Exams, assessments and practicals were timely held. In the second year, it becomes harder but one should keep going. Stay positive
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee structure : 1 st year- 21500, 2nd year -29500, 3 rd year -29500, About scholarship, yes! The scholarship is given to the meritorious and economically weaker students who are given an amount of 5000 per year after clearing the interview round. University toppers and college toppers are also given prizes.
Campus Life
There is a fest conducted every year in which many celebrities come like Guri, Jass Manak, Karan Aujla and many more. There is a fest held by the chemistry department as well named as catenation. That too is great fun. The library is big with many books to read with a large library room equipped with AC . Classrooms are big and full air conditioned. Labs are also spacious but no AC can be used there. The sports room is there and many sports events are there .college participates in many events.
