Admission process : After I cleared cut off.I lock college and the next day I went to college. All the documents were checked and verified. After that, I submitted my fees and I got an admission fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in maths since my childhood so I choose this subject. When I started attending my classes and interacting with the teachers I come to know that my teachers are very friendly and their teaching methods are so good. Teachers are NET qualified and Ph.D. holders. Exams are average.

Class Size: 43Course Fees: INR 14500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Aba college collaborates with Internshala so there are different types of internships are provided for students from time to time interested students can register on Internshala and get internships. About 8000 to 10000 rupees can earn from internships monthly. The data entry internship and campus ambassador internship are available.

Placement Experience

Different companies visited in our college there is a around 2 to 5 lac .. average placement.. around 30 % got placement. I am going to prepare for the primary teacher after my graduation so I didn't apply for placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is average around 15000. Inspire scholarship and Central Government scholarship is available. But if you are from up you can't apply for a UP scholarship. As our college is not registered with UP scholarship. College also provides fees concession for weaker section.

Campus Life

We enjoyed every year's fest. And from time to time our college conducted so many cultural fests and techfest. There is very big AC library in our college. There are 8 types of newspapers available for the students and different magazines like pratigya darpan are also available for the students. But the books are old this is need to be updated.

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

PGDAV is best in terms of facilities

Students often choose PGDAV College because of its affordable fees structure and as it is affiliated with University of Delhi. It also offers various undergraduate courses like bcom hons, BA, etc. It is located in south Delhi and has decent connectivity via public transportation. The cut offs are slightly lower than other colleges of north campus. Like most Colleges of DU, admission here is on the basis of merit but now according to New Education Policy it is based on Cuet scores. Du releases cut of list in several rounds, students who meet the criteria can apply for admission. After selecting the college students need to verify their documents by the college.
