Projects and Tasks to boost up your confidence

The admission process is so time-consuming. You have to stand in long queues and after your turn comes they will hand you an admission form that is thick for around 6-8 pages that you have to fill and submit it. After filing the form, you have to go respective rooms and get their signature. You have to ask or look for the teachers yourself. I didn't opt for any quota as i was general. Under the general category, my percentage was enough to get me admission in SGNDKC. But i was totally surprised when i got to know that students under Sikh minority quota were also admitted with 60% percentage. I got 86 % that comes to be top 4. It was sufficient for the admission in seventh cut off. As i didn't stand a chance in first cut off at all. Fortunately, i got into DU. There are no grounds, if you want to play or a sports freak then it might not a right choice for you. Teachers are not in mood to taught you anything except some serious teachers. You have to study a lot on your own or use ten year to pass

The exams were held every semester. There were 6 semester. 2 semester every year. 4 subjects in each semester. It was in July, December. But dates were subjected to change. The exam was not that difficult to pass if you are average student. One Advice from my side, buy yourself a ten year, as most of the questions are from ten year and not even a change in figures in questions. So Ten year is perfect for you to pass exams no matter if you were serious in class or not.

There were 3-5 projects, presentation in my college journey. I had a project in Collective bargaining, Cyber crime, Business organisation and Management, Advertising. Making projects help me understand the topic more and presenting it infront of the class brings confidence in me. So, The projects, Tasks also work out as personality development for me

The students getting higher percentage or CGP were getting placements. There was a aptitude test before that. Passing that, you will be considered for the Interview. And failing that your application will be rejected.

Companies like EY and many MNCs companies come for the college placement. Unfortunately, I didn't pass in the aptitude test so my application was rejected. My friend got placed in EY and got selected for Lead Associate with EY with good package.

There were social groups for students. But As far as i know there were no clubs or website for students. I don't remeber the name of the social group. But students use to perform for the social cause and welfare of the society to reach out to people for the protection of environment and other social causes.
