Vellore institute of technology is one of the best private institutes in India. vit has 4 branches.vit Vellore, vit Chennai, vit Bhopal and vit Amaravati.Every year Vit conducts an exam called site. Above 1.5 to 2 lakh students sit for exams where up to 1 lakh students get shortlisted and called for counseling for all four campuses. Although vit most prestigious college, it is most famous for computer science engineering. After 2-3 days of results, counseling starts for all four branches. No quota is availed in vit.vit take admission only on the through entrance exam and a minimum of 60% is required in class 12.

Vit is best for Computer science engineering so that's why I choose this Branch in vit Bhopal. every year highest placements is of cse only. Coming to faculty Vit Bhopal is the only institute with 100% doctorate faculty so you can imagine how good is vit Bhopal the faculty is great. The clear concepts at their best. There are a total of 8 semesters in between every semester mid-term exam is held.

Well there is no restrictions from VIT's side in your interest to do an internship. However, they suggest that you undergo an internship preferably after the 3rd Sem. VIT provides you a letter signed by the Dean of your branch, that you can send to the company if required. For that you have to fill an IPT form and give it to your school office and the Letter will be in your hands in 2-3 Working Days. However, unlike the IITs, VIT does not have its own placement cell for providing you Internships. They do send mails that they get from different companies to recruit interested students as Interns. But there is no specific Cell in the college that takes care of your Internship Training. One more thing to keep in mind is that VIT encourages you to undergo an "Industrial" Internship so that you get acquainted with the working and system of an industry, which would help you in the future.

Vit has got good placements records in all four vit branches many mncs companies visits vit. Almost 80% to 90% students get placed every year in vit. But for good placement and to grab highest package you have to maintain a good cgpa like 9 to 9.8 cgpa.

Talking about private colleges every good private college has a high fee structure but if you are a good student then you don't have to worry because vit divide its fee structure category-wise. where they set some cutoff according to students' rank.like if a student got rank better 1- 5000 then there is a good chance that he/she can get cse in category 1 and so on. there are total 5 categories Category 1=?1.98 lakh Category 2=?3.5 lakh Category 3=?3.58 lakh Category 4=?4.5 lakh Category 5=?5 lakh This the fee structure of vit for all four vit branches category wise any branches. If a student manage to get rank in viteee better 1-500 then a student get a scholarship. Vit also provides great internships from 2.5 semesters.

To be honest I don't know much about campus life because I'm a fresher. But I asked the seniors and they told me that vit Bhopal has a great campus with modern infrastructure. Frequently annual fest and tech fest is conducted.

As I said earlier that vit has modern infrastructure so rooms in hostels are quite impressive. You'll hostel from single room to 5 person sharing room but believe me if go with 5 person sharing room you won't regret. Hostel fee is quite high as compare to other colleges hostel.

There is only viteee entrance exam and counseling for admission process if you are confident enough with your class 11 and 12 syllabus then there is 100 % chance that you get score good marks and can get good rank.
