Maharashtra Common Entrance Test in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Admission process was very easy and staff there was very helpful. I scored 85/200 and opted Mechanical Engineering because I'm particularly interested in automobile designing.

The course structure is very poor. Syllabus of the course is not covered in time and students are made to attend extra lectures and sit for extra hours just because of lack proper curriculum. Due to which they suffer from a lot as there is very poor frequency of local trains running. So many students avoid such lectures and suffer academically.

This college does not provide any internship in any stream of engineering. It is very poor in terms of training and placement.

The placement of the college is not so good yet. Very few candidates were placed in last batch. Very few companies visit this college for placements. And those too aren't good enough for a bright future. Do not have any expectations from this college until 5 more years to come.

There is Ransangram which happens to be in the month of January every year. Rangsangram is technical event. It has events such as gaming competition in games like Need For Speed - Most Wanted, Counter Strike, etc. Some technical competition like Lathe War or CATIA War.

This is college is not that expensive. It is relatively cheaper than other colleges in Pune. The fee structure is in the range of 60,000 to 70,000 for all the streams and all the classes. SC/ST/OBC Candidates pay only for the examination fee and the development charges. They don't ask for donation for admissions in Management quota.

This college does not provide any kind of scholarships to any student. Neither loan facility is available to anyone. But it does provide some help to needy students to make part payments of fees, for that student has to fill a form and specify the exact dates on which fees will be paid. Students belonging to EBC (Economically Backward Class) category get refund of 50% of their fees from university.

Campus life as fas as I'm concerned I find it boring. Other students participate in various sports like Cricket, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Relay Race, etc. It totally depends on students how they take participation in these activities. Gender ratio is also very poor due to remote location. Labs are moderate.

Exams take place in accordance with Savitribai Phule Pune University and the college itself takes unit test every month just to check what students have learned so far. Though it is never taken seriously by students and no action is taken by the faculty even there is poor result from every student.

I got admission through Maharashtra's Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). Admission process was in the form CAP Rounds. I got admission in CAP Round Two. CAP means Centralised Admission Process. It means you have to submit names of colleges of your choice in a preference which you like and admission will be given to you according to your merit in your most preferred college.

Faculty is very poor. Does not have proper knowledge about course and cannot perform practicals and experiments. They are just freshly graduates who don't have any experience in teaching. So find some better college than this institute. This is not the one you need for a bright future.
