Remarks

50 percent plus marks in 10th and 12th. Application forms are available at www.christuniversityncr.in, Form fees is 1500, admission opens the form the month of April. No reservation benefits. Admission process is simple.

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to become a software engineer, you can go in different fields of IT from this course. Faculty is very nice which makes the college environment great. Teachers are too good to be explained in words and the teaching method is very much practical type. There are 2 exams in semester Mid-semester exams, End-semester exams and 3 CIA's (Continuous internal assessments) which are MCQ types or presentation or practical based.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 134000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Kotak, Genpact, planetsparks type of companies offers paid or unpaid internships. Projects are very encouraging and tasks are too motivating to become a good professional in the field. And will make you sharper.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. Meta(Facebook), Wipro, etc. big companies visit the campus for placements. Average package is of 4 to 5 lakhs and highest can go up to 10 lakhs per year. Most of the students takes placements around 80%. My plan is to explore more and go for MCA.

Fees and Financial Aid

1,34,000 is the course fees per year and 5,000 is the admission fees. Two types of scholarships Christ University offers which is Merit scholarship and Scholarship for Financial Assistance. Campus offers jobs and placements in big companies like meta, vipro, etc.

Campus Life

Many many events take place like aproksha, darpan, ethnic day and so on. Most of the books related to studying are available in Library, computers are kept there and very much decorum is maintained in the Library. Mainly every kind of sport are available on the campus. An event named Darpan holds the tournaments and leagues for the following.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are very good and with a proper disciplined manner and in every room with A/C and cleaner cleans the room! Meal quality is totally mind-blowing as compared to the other college's hostel. On campus there are 5 canteens and South Indian food is also available and with many more varieties of food available in a pocket budget of every student as a one veg thali is only 80 rupees with unlimited chapattis. Registration for the hostel can be done through the website of Christ University. In Mariam Nagar the local area near the campus many PG's are available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

The Honest Review of Christ University, Delhi NCR

What distinguishes Christ University Delhi NCR is its structured academic approach, the character of the education offered and the focus on co-curricular activities. Adequate facilities and comprehensive syllabi are geared towards capacity building and critical analysis making learning practically oriented. In contrast, for Symbiosis who offers a more industry-integrated approach and DU with its large legacy and heterogeneous crowd, Christ narrows down the ratio of students per class for more individualized care. Moreover, due to the assurance of discipline, cultural events and placement opportunities, students yearning for an all-in-one educational experience will find the institution very appealing. Other than Christ, I applied in Symbiosis Noida and got a confirmation as well, but the confirmation came too late. Christ demanded to submit the fee before the confirmation from Symbiosis came. I got rejection from IIM Rohtak because of the low rank I got, I think the study I did was not enough to get me into IIM. After giving entrance exam for Christ university, I was selected for PI round (at that time it was online, but now it is offline).
