Remarks
Getting admission in BMS is through the DUJAT exam. It's a bit tough but timely preparation will easily crack this. Four or five admission lists were released and as happens in DU, there is a reservation system. Students can refer to the DU website for application dates and forms.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is the best compared to other courses and it also offers specialization in the final year. Software knowledge was provided in the second year and the faculty was expert in their domain. As it happens in DU, exams happen in May and December and it's not difficult to pass if studied constantly.
Internships Opportunities
The placement and internship cell is actively working for the betterment of the college's internship. Various startups came and hired students but still, it's in the initial phase and improving day by day as they learn. There are not many opportunities for live projects.
Placement Experience
The placement of the college is decent but good opportunities for BMS are provided. Students either opt for jobs or go for MBA. Many students were placed in good startups and MNCs and some secured placed at IIMs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for BMS is a bit expensive as compared to other courses. For three years, we paid 66k-70k. There was financial assistance for only EWS category students. There are chances that 10% of fees have been increased by this time.
Campus Life
The college is newly built. Earlier it was called Ram Lal Anand Evening College. The crowd was great and the library and sports facility were also easily accessible. Students can join societies based on their interests as the college has more than 10 societies. All the societies are run by students and the most active is Enactus.
