I cleared my JEE mains examination in 2014. i scored 120 out of 360 marks. I opted this college because this NIT is near to my home.
Internships Opportunities
Yes college comes with many internships offers. Training and Placement cell of SVNIT is quite active. Many companies visited our college campus for internship. Recently JP Morgan, microsoft, wipro, L&T, and many small scale companies visited our college for offering internship. The average stipend is around 10-20 thousand.
College Events
Lot of events are celebrated in our college. As people from various region are there in our college, so we celebrate different regions festivals together and all of them are awesome as we can experience the glance of the regions in them. Apart from them college festivals are very brilliant like KASHISH & and our cultural fest SPARSH.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is very affordable . 35 thousand per semester is our tuition fee and this is for general and OBC category. SC/ST student didn't have to give the tuition money. They have to only give examination fees of 3 thousand. One can say that 35 thousand is very less as compared to other private colleges and the type of education here.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarship that has been offered by our college. I only came across the scholarship in which students whose father has income low than 1lakh per annum has been given scholarship of 40 thousand. And education loan has been provided from SBI bank which is situated in our college campus itself.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is quite simple. In a semester two exams has been done. Mid semester and end semester and one final practical examintaion and the timetable of SVNIT is not hectic at all. There is enough time for us to do co-curricular things everyday.
Faculty
The faculty of SVNIT is well qualified and they are doing their job quite efficient. There are some flaws but overall experience with faculty is very efficient. However qualification of faculties are remarkable, as some of them had done their bachelors degree from svnit itself,some of them are from other nit's.
